CCHS Titan Band Recognized for Excellence and Celebrated at District Reception
The Titan Band was honored and recognized by our school board at a special board meeting on Tuesday, January 13, 2026 for their incredible 3-peat championship. They were proudly also presented with Certificates of Recognition by:
- Mayor of Delano
- Representatives from California State Assemblywoman Jasmeet Bains
- Representatives from US Congressman David Valadeo
- Representatives from California State Senator Melissa Hurtado
Following their recognition, they were honored with a special reception showcasing their remarkable accomplishments over the past three years. The celebration featured a beautiful and impressive display of the band's accomplishments, including:

State ring
Guest enjoyed food and an opportunity to reflect on the band's growth, teamwork, and commitment, qualities that have made the Titan Band a source of pride for the school and the entire district. The display served as a visual timeline of their hard work and the high standard they continue to set in every performance.
